Quality policy

Atracco aims to deliver a recognized, high, and consistent level of quality to all customers, fostering recommendations and repeat purchases. We strive to contribute to long-term sustainable development to the extent of our knowledge and resources, ensuring that quality issues are integrated into our overall business strategy.

To achieve this, we need to:

  • Dismantle and drain correctly, while implementing quality control at multiple stages to ensure that the products leaving our facility create value for the customer.
  • Deliver parts that match the performance of new ones, with high delivery reliability and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure we understand the customer’s requirements and, using our professional expertise, recommend the most cost-effective solution.
  • Exceed the customer’s expectations for purchased goods or services.
  • If the customer is still dissatisfied, we will, within reasonable limits, use goodwill to compensate them in the best possible way.
  • Place demands on suppliers and contractors who can influence our environmental performance and/or the quality of our products and services, and prioritize environmentally labeled products wherever possible.
  • Have the knowledge and awareness to comply with legislation and other binding requirements set by customers, society, and other stakeholders relevant to our operations.
  • Employ staff with sufficient competence for their tasks and continuously encourage their professional development.
  • Maintain leadership focused on continuous improvement, which also results in better quality.
