Workshop Advisor to LKQ Atracco AB

Are you eager to work in the field, building relationships through sales and consultation? If you have a strong business focus and are a recognized expert in establishing trust with customers, there’s a good chance you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

As part of our forward-focused growth, we’re hiring dedicated Workshop Advisors. We offer an exciting role in a growing company, excellent earning potential, and independent work in a region with great opportunities. At LKQ Atracco, you’ll enjoy working with competent and friendly colleagues, benefit from great development opportunities, and be part of an organization driving the entire industry forward.

Responsibilities

You’ll be the face of LKQ Atracco, focusing primarily on finding, booking, and conducting meetings with potential new workshop customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing workshop clients. The role also includes attending trade fairs and events as an exhibitor throughout the year. You’ll have the freedom to plan your own workweek and primarily work independently while being part of a supportive team with whom you’ll stay in close contact.

Your main tasks:

  • Conduct in-person client visits, primarily with existing customers, but also prospect for new ones.
  • Provide advice on our products and services.
  • Participate in trade fairs and events.
  • Plan, structure, and follow up on your activities.
  • Collaborate closely with our inside sales team.
  • Attend weekly meetings to report and align.

Personal qualities and qualifications

We’re looking for a positive and trustworthy relationship-builder who thrives on making deals. You should be comfortable reaching out to new people and enjoy working in the field. Since the role is largely independent, you’ll need a strong sense of self-motivation and excellent organizational and planning skills.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (e.g., workshop roles, service advisory, spare parts sales, or other relevant experience).
  • A valid B driver’s license.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably B2B.
  • Technical education in automotive systems.

We value the environment, so it’s important that you also appreciate working in an industry where recycling plays a vital role in creating a better future. Personal suitability will weigh heavily in our decision.

About the position

You’ll spend your working hours traveling to customers within an assigned district, which will involve frequent overnight stays at hotels, often several times per week. Your home location will be agreed upon, and apart from client visits, your work can be done from home or the nearest office.

  • Full-time position starting with a 6-month probationary period.
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday.
  • Frequent overnight stays at hotels.
  • Salary includes a fixed component and a performance-based component.
  • Collective agreement in place.
  • Wellness benefits provided.
  • Option for a company car available.
