About the role

LKQ Atracco Örebro is a leading-edge car recycling facility, part of the Atracco Group. The Örebro location specializes in Kia, Citroën, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, and Nissan and is fully equipped to handle the electric vehicles of the future. On-site, you’ll find about 30 colleagues working in dismantling, inventory, and sales. Here, you’ll become part of an industry-leading car recycling company with a close-knit, welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will receive an introduction, learning from your experienced colleagues about the dismantling process and the ins and outs of the job.

This position starts with a 6-month probationary period, with the goal of transitioning to full-time employment if all parties are satisfied.

Responsibilities

As a dismantler, you’ll work in our reverse factory, dismantling end-of-life vehicles and quality testing spare parts. In your daily work, you’ll handle a variety of car brands and models.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest and knowledge of vehicles.
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used daily.
• Holds a valid B driver’s license.

It’s a plus if you have a completed high school education or equivalent, or previous experience or knowledge within the automotive industry

• Start date: Immediately.
• Employment Type: 6-month probationary period transitioning to a permanent position.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 07-16
